The Post welcomes letters up to 200 words on topics of general interest. Letters must include full name, home address and day and evening phone numbers. Letters may be edited for length, grammar and accuracy.

Letters be no more than 300 words. The writer’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, if applicable, must be included. Anonymous letters and pseudonyms will not be printed. The editor reserves the right to edit letters for style, grammar and length. Reader opinions about issues related to political campaigns are welcome. If a large number of endorsement letters are received, names of letter writers whose letters do not appear will be placed at the end of printed letters supporting their candidate. Letters that raise new issues or allegations will not be published in the last issue preceding any election. This policy is designed in fairness to all sides, by insuring an opportunity for a response to issues raised.
